Unfortunately, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted. Please make sure you select the right sizes prior to your purchase.

If a piece was damaged upon reception, please send pictures immediately using our provided form and send the package back within five (5) calendar days. All returned pieces will be inspected and will be repaired or replaced if they are deemed damaged due to no fault of the buyer. 

Send your pieces via local postal services such as Canada Post or USPS.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your pieces.

Repaired or replaced pieces are free of charge, including shipping.
